Job description:
​

Establish basic key prospects (hunting) and increase the clients market share with Belgian clients - through building, maintaining and developing a professional network of HNIW & professional intermediaries, in order to develop business with existing & new wealthy clients. Thus, contributing to the growth of the business and AUMs of the bank.

Implement the bank’s commercial approach, respecting the objectives of growth and profitability of the business (on budget).

Working with customers – detecting the client’s needs (financials, fiscal, legal) and offering the appropriate solutions (financial, legal and tax products).

Ensuring the clients instructions are well executed – making sure that a high level of service is always provided.

Organise client events and key-actions in order to acquire new clients.

Identify and manage all risk and compliance issues for the client and bank, based on the latest regulations, whilst ensuring the bank’s investment strategy is properly implemented.

Identify and seize the opportunities of cross-selling. Introduce customers to specialized areas of the bank.
Location: Luxembourg

Experience:
-
Education: University degree.
-
At least 10 years of experience of working with Belgian customers, including acquisition (hunting) of these clients – thus you have a strong network of HNWI and financial intermediaries in Belgium.

Language skills: Fluent in Flemish / French and English.
